Location superb for sightseeing in west Cornwall. Fantastic views of Praa beach - a wonderful sandy beach with good facilities, within easy walking distance of the accommodation. Flat was clean and well equipped.

We normally book a caravan for our holidays. Having this cottage this year has been very good as the space in all the rooms and the security is far superior than any caravan that we have stayed in.

Secluded and quiet holiday near enough to shops when required. An ideal break for walkers and lovers of the sea.

We went early in the season, May, so there wern't too many leaves on the trees and there were good views down to Praa Sands, later in the season ,who knows? The accommodation was great,we really enjoyed or stay there.There were only two of us but this place would really suit a family of four.
